Summary
Once Lenin had returned to Russia and regained power, he agreed to the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk. All land was redistributed and banks were nationalized during Lenin's reign. Lenin believed strongly in war communism and did not want it to stop, infact he wanted to spread it
