Diarchy*: Government by two independent authorities
Summary
When the Tsar was driven out, the provisional government was ensued (diarchy implemented - Petrograd Soviet). People were unhappy because the country had yet to surrender from WWI. After six months, the provisional government was driven out and replaced with the Bolsheviks.
